Trabaja en ti para trascender!!! Los que me conocen un poquito y han trabajado conmigo lo suficiente, saben que trabajar en equipo es una de mis grandes pasiones. Trabajar en conjunto con personas es una bendición y un reto grande para lograr los mejores resultados.
Es muy diferente “tener un equipo de trabajo” y “hacer equipo de trabajo”. Tener un equipo de trabajo es sencillo, cualquier papel lo puede decir, pero hacer que funcione, no lo es… requiere dedicación, esfuerzo y empeño, para alcanzar el rendimiento óptimo esperado del grupo.
Es un trabajo de conocimiento previo, no solo de conocer a sus miembros, por ejemplo: su motivación, sus fortalezas, su experiencia, sino de conocerse a sí mismo. Un líder que tiene situaciones internas que resolver debe trabajar en eso primero. Se dificulta liderar un equipo eficientemente, si no se cuenta con un equilibrio interno, porque nuestro trabajo es motivar, negociar, influenciar, guiar, escuchar y resolver, y para esto, nuestras fuerzas deben estar enfocadas.
Trabaje en usted mismo primero, analice si está donde quiere estar, busque su motivación, su felicidad y su equilibrio, para poder liderar un equipo de trabajo plenamente… los resultados le sorprenderán. 🙂

Work on yourself to transcend!!! Those who know me a little and have worked with me long enough know that working as a team is one of my great passions. Working with people is a blessing and a great challenge in order to achieve the best results.
“Having a team” and “building a team” are very different. Having a team is simple, any piece of paper can say it, but making it work is not… it requires dedication, effort, and determination to achieve the optimal performance expected from the group.
Building a team requires previous work where you need to know the team members, for example: their motivation, their strengths, their experience, but also knowing yourself. A leader who has internal situations to resolve must work on those ones first. It is difficult to lead a team efficiently if there is no internal balance, because our job is to motivate, negotiate, influence, guide, listen and resolve, and for this, our forces must be focused.
Work on yourself first, analyze if you are where you want to be, look for your motivation, your happiness and your balance, to be able to fully lead a work team… the results will surprise you. 🙂
